You do get an achievement for entering the nether, but only after you’ve gotten the Diamonds! achievement. I think this prerequisite is because the game presumes you’ll need to find diamonds to make a pickaxe for mining obsidian (only you didn’t make your portal that way… sneaky!). Maybe it’s so people won’t get the achievement the first time they use someone else’s portal on joining a server.

I enjoyed the first episode. My only suggestion is maybe make the episodes a little shorter. The first episode was 35 minutes long and I peaked at the second and it was 33 minutes long. That is a bit long and when you are just exploring/mining in your first few episodes it can be hard to stay focused. My attention span is like 20 minutes. xD That is just me though. Without cuts maybe making it shorter would be too many episodes though? I don’t know. As I said I lost focus around 20 minutes, but then finished the episode later in the day. So maybe it is just my attention span problem and its fine for everyone else. If so just ignore me. 🙂
I thought the episode was good though and your voice is very relaxing to listen to. I look forward to episode 2. 😀

Your utter lack of inventory management grates on me. You were throwing stuff away to make room when you had two single digit stacks of sticks. Just my OCD. Keep it up, I’m gonna keep watching.

Yea its no big deal, I just watch other youtubers and they have videos that go from 15- 20, 22 minutes. 30 minutes is considered long to them and I kind of agree. But I can easily just watch half then watch the second half later, it doesn’t matter to me. It isn’t that it is boring, I just can’t watch a Minecraft video for more than 20 minutes. Even BdoubleO videos and sometimes Etho I skip ahead a couple times in the video just to finish it. Again though I enjoyed it, nothing wrong with the videos, I just thought they were pretty long 😛
