so I was transporting my valuables from my ocean shop to my base and logged out for some reason. i kinda stopped playing for a little bit and logged back on and am suffocating in a block and don’t have perms to break it

I am super low on health (3-ish hearts?) and I don’t want to risk it. Also as far as I know /trapped won’t work as taking damage counts as movement against the whole “don’t move for ten seconds” thing.
